Great gym for the most part, at least the gym area. Don't understand how the shower room is always so dirty and unkept though. I've grown tired of informing staff that their soaps are once again empty and have just resigned to always bringing my own. Really makes one wonder how good their cleaning practices are when every soap dispenser remains empty for days on end. The heat control in one of the showers has been broken for at least 6 months now. The curtains are more often than not scummy on the inside (like the shower side hasn't been cleaned), and some of the curtains aren't even wide enough to close entirely so forget privacy (they look like they've been cut by a child with scissors). More than once I've had to deal with bandaids and other bodily discards left behind by other patrons and overlooked by staff. One of the main reasons we have a membership here is to use the shower facilities, so it's quite disheartening (and sometimes downright aggravating) to feel like my money isn't purchasing everything it's supposed to. So to sum up, the gym is great. Equipment is well maintained and staff is very friendly - I just think they need to pay a little more attention to the state of their shower/locker area.
