Have a 1996 EZGO TXT (Total Restoration/See pictures below: Plum Quick Cobra Motor, Alltrax SR 600amp controller, 200ah lithium-ion battery pack, etc.). I was experiencing an issue with the motor being under volted resulting in a severe loss of power. Two 5 minute phone calls with Will and he fixed my issue! It was a controller setting that I was able to fix while he walked me through the process. Very helpful, very thankful for someone willing to help me with my problem. Thank you Will, for being AWESOME!

The controllers are great (Ive done a lot of them) but the customer service is even better. Ive never had an issue they couldnt help me with.
