Beautiful store to just walk around or find some unique Oregon goods. Been shopping here for a long time and the staff is always very helpful. Nice selection of wine, a small coffee shop, and home goods :)

I shopped at this store frequently. Recently made a purchase here for a gift only to find the recipient had received a similar gift  -of course! :(I went back for an exchange/in-store credit as i was actually going to purchase something else I saw that was custom/more expensive. The staff person immediately was curt and when asked to check with her manager, she returned to say all sales were final. The item I purchased was discounted but it did not say that it was a final sale on the merchandise or my receipt- which was never even asked for. I like to shop local when I can. But local businesses who refuse to kindly work with the consumer is why it's not easy to do so -their loss.
