I have a heavy 10ft wide sliding wood barn door that needed major repairs. Christian was prompt in contacting me and providing the proposal and he was able to quickly schedule the job. He arrived on time with all the needed materials and tools . After completion of the job his clean up was thorough. The repairs were extensive that required both mechanical knowledge and carpentry expertise .His work was meticulous and the barn door works better than new. I highly recommend New Again Construction. Christian and his crew did a great job replacing our drywall ceiling on our porch with Cedar T&G. We wanted the T&G to be at a 45 angle so he installed sheathing first. Pulling down 1,700 sq. ft. of drywall and installing the sheathing/T&G was a big effort. As part of the overall project he poured a concrete pad for a swim spa with exposed aggregate concrete. One of the support posts had to be moved to fit the swim spa in so he added a support beam to the existing one to meet structural requirements. All that needed county inspection was inspected. He did a great job and will definitely hire him for any future work.

My husband and I are so impressed with the quality of workmanship of Christain Garcia. Firstly, Christain was on time and didnt leave until all the tiles were placed. He consulted with us, respectful of our wishes and completed the job within the timeframe we agreed on. The final result is lovely and completes our kitchen.
