Will not take insurance even after telling you they will on the phone. Really overpriced. These people should be avoided at all cost.

My daughter needed a root canal and crown and we spent hours calling dental groups in Oregon to find one that did IV sedation. We ended up talking to the staff at Erickson and they were so good about getting her in quickly for a consult and then a couple days later for the root canal and crown on the same day. A few places we called said they had a one-year wait for emergency procedures!!! The Erickson staff were outstanding in their professionalism and empathy for the whole situation. Everything wAs done in 1.5 hours and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. Yes it is quite a distance to travel 3 hours each way but it was totally worth it and well be back again they were wonderful. We would highly recommend them!

Nice place. Very friendly staff. Had a filling and a tooth pulled. They use needles, but do numb it first so you don't feel as much. The extraction was quick. Said it was done and I was thinking he was just starting to pull it. The filling went well also. My jaw did get tired but did like that insert they use to hold your mouth open. I'd like to say they need to give you more information on an extraction before hand. Had to sign a waiver and that made lots of questions. But since I got the paperwork then, who has time to think of the questions?
