Home Services at The Home Depot

Bad service! Everytime, I asked them to install things in my house, they never came to fix or install anything. Their service is unreliable and apathy. Avoid them at all cost!

The staff super nice, however I started around June 2nd on ordering blinds, now July 13 still have one more step. Blinds came in 2 weeks, installer one week later or little bit longer. Took old blinds down and then found hardware not there. 2 weeks later hard ware came they were put up but still some hard ware missing which is due to be here July 21. I believe will be done before July is out 2 months for two windows and will need to have installer refit on one window as the blinds were put up in wrong order. I like home depot but this was my first time using them on orders and would say they need to get more on top of the suppliers

This is the most disorganized Home Depot I have ever been to. It takes over an hour to get anything from the top shelf down. (Happened to me three times now) The staff is less than helpful. I wanted to give them one last chance. I ask to see if one of there guys could come out to my house and give me an estimate on my kitchen cabinets. They said sure that will be $100.00. Really? Estimates are free. I'll take my business elsewhere.

This place is a joke!!! It takes months to get your order. We received 3 calls that our order was in, went to pick it up after calling to ensure all of our order was ready, were told everything was ready... had a family member with a trailer help us go pick it up. When we got there they had only 1 piece of our order. The person at the counter basically called my husband a liar, saying that he was never told our sink came in. I heard him on the phone that morning and they did confirm the sink was in. We ended up having to get a refund on the sink as our contractors were scheduled to be at our home for the install and had to go elsewhere to buy our sink. Will never order another item from here..... Customer service is lacking and training needs to be done, so false information is not given to the customers.
