Metro Pcs

I'm very pleased with the service and quality of service. Was with us cellular for 4 yes n never got service at home.went out of town and 30 miles from home I got absolutely NOTHING. us cellular knows I called and complained about my phone service for 4 yrs n each n every time they did NOTHING.guy who works at us cellular treated me so very DISRESPECTFUL CLAIMED HE FIXED PROBLEMS WITH MY SERVICE.I WALK OUT OF US CELLULAR N GUESS WHAT STILL SAME PROBLEMS.SWITCHING TO METRO WAS THE BEST THING I DID.NOW GET SERVICE EVERYWHERE I TRAVEL.

I've had Metro PCS for 6+ years now, and loved it the whole time. I've had as many as 4 devices on my account at one time. But as of recent they added a service called data maximizer...that's cool you're trying to conserve our data, but I have unlimited data so not needed. I have gone to 3 different stores, called customer service multiple times, and tried to turn this "service" off via Metro website and mymetro app. Customer service says they can't turn it off and the stores say to call customer service soo.....
