    Jordyn Tried to charge a cancellation fee when I was unable to provide a reschedule date for carpet cleaning. Our property was still tenant occupied. They came back with threats of a cancellation fee when they were notified the day before. I was open to reschedule but wasnt sure when the property would be vacant and couldnt provide a firm date of vacancy. I continued to get texts from Jordyn and Zach stating I owed them a cancellation feeI informed them this was bad business. It was getting to the point of harassment. I would understand if they had shown up to the property and we were a no-show to be charged a fee. This was not the case. We have our HVAC systems cleaned yearly and have had to cancel the same day due to unforeseen circumstances while never being threatened a Fee. Customer service is lacking and they lost future business from us.
