This assisted living facility is beautiful! . I arrived a couple of days after my sister moved in. Im super impressed with the maintenance, the units along with the staff, and amount of care that they give to individuals! They have a study, game room, fireplace and a great dining room. It is beautifully landscaped with lots of windows, and the main dining room is large and inviting. All of the staff is so helpful and the food is served fresh and served timely. Its so heartwarming to know that my sister will be taking care of with warmth and kindness.

My mom was a resident of The Village assisted living facility at The Cascades of Grants Pass. Shortly after she moved to The Village, she was placed on hospice. The compassion, respect and care the staff at The Village provided to my mom and to our family was amazing. Every employee of The Village is incredibly caring and patient. I wholeheartedly recommend The Village for anyone looking for an assisted living facility.

This is a horrible place where employees dont follow cdc guidelines, they lie and say that they do, and continue to employ someone who has abandoned the residents and neglected them.. all they want is your money, they could care less how your family is cared for and treated, highly highly do not recommend placing your family here. when a family moves in it takes them weeks to obtain a med list and get residents there correct medications on time, inportant medications might i add, and instead of overseeing the head nurse and making sure everything would get done, admin amy smith would continue to move more residents intio the building and not hire more staff and run employyes into the ground. amy aloud a nurse who drank alcohol while working to be on the staff and working everyday and provide less than adaquete care.. im appalled and discusted that she even still has a job there..not to mention med tech deborah who abandoned residents..she clocked in for shift and then left dident tell nobody because she dident get the med cart she wanted, and she also drinks weed tea at work and the admin amy smith allows it because they are friends...what a great place to put your family...NOTTT!!!!!!
