        I purchased a new 10kw dual fuel generator here, when I opened the box, I was surprised to see the lower frame bent inwards approximately 45 degrees, making wheel installation impossible. I called the store and the manager "Christina" was on the phone soon thereafter. She was very helpful and I just had the replacement generator delivered. Excellent customer support from this TSC
