The main reason we chose this hotel is because they have 3 ocean front hot tubs. We were pretty disappointed to find that 2 of them weren't working/closed off, and the third one was freezing cold. We got no prior notice, they didnt update their website to let guests know, and the front desk didnt offer anything to make us happy when we mentioned it. Also the pillows are paper thin and lumpy, so bring your own. The kitchen supplies were pretty random, no forks, mismatched thrifted looking items, no paper towels or kitchen towels with the kitchenette. The renovations look good inside the rooms, but some things seem to be overlooked. Overall the rooms are decent, but I wouldnt recommend staying here until all their hot tubs are working as thats the main perk of this hotel

We stayed on a Saturday night in late March and had the king bedroom with the ocean view. There were about only 7 other groups staying here, so the place was quiet and felt very private. It was a great stay with the beds being comfortable, but a little firm. The wall decorations were beautiful and simple. We had our own private balcony on the third floor. The shower pressure is the strongest I have felt at a hotel in a long time. I would have given 5 stars, but their hot tubs were broken and the front desk clerk said one was working. I would have chosen a different hotel since I wanted to relax in a hot tub that night while traveling through the area. I watched several people go down to the hot tub and turn back sad. Overall nice stay, but just a little disappointed.

Love the view. Nice, big room, but the check-in person was disinterested at best. No housekeeping unless you ask. The room was very warm and all you can do is turn off the heat, no fan to circulate the air. But, good for the price.

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. Polite staff, beautiful room and great location all for a decent price. It's right next to the beach so you don't have to drive. I didn't even notice until I checked in that there is a complimentary breakfast offered. Not one of the simple ones but one day, they offered biscuits and gravy, as well as yogurts, cereals, oatmeal, muffins and bagels. The 2nd day, they offered eggs and sausage and the other items mentioned. I would recommend this place and I'd stay there again.

Debbie,Thank you for your recent visit and for your feedback. I am sorry to hear the Front Desk associate was not attentive to your needs. We will certainly look at some re-training regarding this issue. This is certainly not indicative of the entire staff I assure you.
