I bought a part years ago and got it no problem. But I have an order from November that has gone unfulfilled. Zero response to multiple emails, web messages, and phone calls. They have no voicemail and no one answers the phone.

I placed an order on October 26 that I still have not received as of 12/21. I have called and left voicemails (Because no one actually answers the phone, out of the 15 times I called not once has the phone been answered), used the website support chat, emailed them directly to their email, and messaged them on their facebook page. I received one response on 11/23 saying my order was leaving that day but I still have not received it. I have probably sent at least 20 emails. I just want my order, Order 11718

I ordered over $500 in parts on 8/23/21. The send me a confirmation email and charged my credit card immediately. Since then I have sent over 5x emails, called and left messages multiple times with no responses. It is not 11/29/21 and still have not gotten any update on when my order will be fulfilled.

Absolutely no kind of communication from this company other than the initial order confirmation. Have to do a chargeback which I hate doing.

Placed an order on 11/10/21 for $160 worth of product. Got an email confirmation, which was nice, but no updates since. Made an account to check status and my order has been 'awaiting fulfillment' since 11/10 and it is now 12/1. Left a voicemail, email, and messaged them through their online 'support system' to get an update. No response from the owner. No estimated delivery. Nothing. It's really a shame because the SMK has better prices but communication is nonexistent and order fulfillment seems indefinite so I would highly recommend ordering from elsewhere, it's just not worth the hassle. If owner makes good on the order I will update review otherwise my credit card company will be challenging the charge soon.
