My car had a catastrophic failure and a friend of mine referred me to Geniune Motor. They offered to take my broken car and trade it in favor of a new one. I worked with Eddie and he asked me a few questions and paired me with the car he thought I would like that worked for me. I was able to go for a test drive alone, set up financing, and even test drive a few more cars they had in stock to compare. The car Eddie showed me first was the one I went with. He was thoughtful, polite, honest and spoke with confidence and integrity. He represented the company well while allowing me to take my own pace and taking care of my concerns. Eddie even gave me advice for lunch while I mulled things over. I really appreciated the time he spent answering my questions and really letting me decide for myself what was right. They really helped pull me out of a bind and took away the worries of overspending, while providing high quality service.
