        Jeremy was able to identify leak where pvc irrigation line had td off pex main water line. Original installation used a galvanized fitting to connect pex to pvc which was destined to fail. He was quickly able to reconfigure fitting with pex to pvc and problem is solved. Outstanding work.

        Called them at 7:30 with a gurgling basement toilet and they had a technician out by 9 -- was very professional and helpful, even getting the city out to look at an issue on their end. Clog removed and hopefully a longer term fix is in the works. Thanks!
