I highly recommend Maureen Healy as an outstanding realtor, particularly for us senior citizens. Maureen helped us sell our 1926, charming, three-story house. We loved the house, but with our aging bodies found it impractical. Maureen's help was beyond our expectations; she was terrific! Maureen calmed us throughout our long process. She gave us excellent advice, and was always gracious and friendly toward us. Yet she was a shrewd negotiator in our favor when necessary. I have no doubt that Maureen would be equally helpful for folks of any age, but she was especially helpful to us, a couple in our eighth decade. She was patient with our difficulties in getting the house ready for sale and offered many connections for businesses that helped us. She was also comforting and listened carefully to our worries and concerns. In the end she negotiated the best terms and best offers possible. Despite our worries, she was able to get an excellent price on our home, which satisfied us and the buyer. It was a win-win sale for which I am grateful.

Maureen is awesome to work with! Her knowledge and contacts are a huge resource in the home buying process. She is very communicative and talked us through various scenarios and strategies. When there were some big ticket items of concern Maureen was able to work through her huge list of vendors to get bids quickly. She met with the vendors at the property and was in constant contact with the sellers agent to keep the process moving smoothly along. Maureen did a fantastic job negotiating on our behalf and we can't wait to use her for future transactions.
