Excellent customer service. Excellent inventory. Everything made in house and theyre local. Edit: do not work with the owner. Only work with Devin. We needed to exchange for a different bed and owner was so all over the place and couldnt seem to focus. Told us the delivery was for 1030am and when I called the store I was told that yea he does that and messes up and theres other customers annoyed too but was offered no resolution. Also, the owner told us the tinsel bed protector is breathable because we complained about the first bed being hot and I thought perhaps the protector was why and he said no. Got home and tried to breath through it and no air can get through so that was why the cooling topper wasnt working.

Wow. What an easy experience this whole thing was. I expected to have someone try to sell me the most expensive mattress - but when I walked in Devin was incredibly kind and highly knowledgeable. He asked what I was looking for and took me to a mattress that I believe will work great for me. No sales pressure at all, just information based on my questions. He even gave me a tour of the factory. So cool. So easy.
Highly recommend these people. Devin was seriously the nicest! And the movers the next day were super nice and efficient. They set up everything and were in and out fairly quickly. Great company.

I cannot believe how lucky I feel to have walked into this store, casually shopping for a brand new mattress after a stressful move. Devin truly took care of me - his kindness, thoughtfulness, and eager to find me the right mattress for the right price was unmatched by any furniture store I have shopped at before. Ask for his assistance when you shop here and you will not be disappointed. He let me take my time, offered helpful suggestions at the differences of each mattress, and even let me tour the back of the shop where mattresses are made on site. Ultimately it was Devin's care and personable attitude that led me to trust my decision after contemplating for a few weeks prior to my purchase. His demeanor and approach to sales were unlike any I have ever experienced - thoughtful, discerning, and not at all pushy. He even delivered the mattress to my home, an above and beyond measure for which I couldn't be more grateful - given that I drive a tiny sedan. I recommend all of my friends and family purchase their next bed at this store and that they specifically ask for Devin when they do, knowing that he will take care of them, their needs, and their budget.
