        THEY TOOK $800 UNAUTHORIZED OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND DID NOTHING TO FIX IT PLUS FORCED ME TO SHOP INSURANCE TODAY AND USAA SAVED ME $2000 A year on Homeowners and 1500 Every 6 months on Auto Trust me Bob does not have your back I would suggest looking elsewhere for insurance

        Bob Stone is the WORST AGENT EVER!!! He was supposed to file a claim for my car that was involved in an accident and he didn't. It's been 2 months since it happened. He does NOT RETURN OR ANSWER PHONE CALLS! I went directly to Farmers and called their 1800 number and they got the job that BOB STONE was to incompetent to do done, and it only took them 5 minutes. STAY FAR AWAY FROM BOB STONE!!!
