This is not a sit down restaurant. Cashier/cook/owner was very appreciative and friendly. I really wanted to like the food but the masala chicken was watery(not creamy) and flavor was unimpressive. Vegan saag was better but tasted average and I was really hoping for chunks of zucchini, maybe tofu, or something besides a uniform mush. Spiciness was good. Naan was tasty. Order was hot and brought right to my car. If I come back in a couple months I will try a different dish but honestly probably won't be back. Maybe use tapioca starch for gluten free alternative.
