Ann was an absolute joy to work with on the sale of our Astoria home. Over the years, weve sold 5 homes. Ann was hands down the best agent weve ever worked with. Shes professional, attentive, knowledgeable, connected - all the qualities that you want from an agent. But Ann also brings a rare can do attitude to the mix. I was overwhelmed by the amount of work I needed to do to get the house ready to sell. At our listing appointment, I told Ann that I desperately needed help. The next day, she sent help and they hung in there until the work was done and my house was decluttered. When an issue came up during the inspection, Ann had an electrician at my house the next day.
