I called the T.F. Draper Company who've serviced my garage door mishap in the past when I had a spring break. They were able to give me a quote and timeframe to complete the job the next day! Their technician came out, and completed the repair in record time, AND saved me $$$ over another company that originally installed the doors when my home was first built. Thanks a mint for fixing the MAIN entrance and exit to my home.

Very friendly. Had some difficulty with communication because no one called me but sent emails and so I did not know they were coming but luckily I was home. The first installer was by himself and did not think it could be done and just told me it was not possible and left. The next day 2 installers showed up and performed the work. The were very nice and professional. It was completed quickly. I asked how to pay and wanted to know if I could pay online. The said yes. The invoice does not have any instructions on how to pay online and nothing on the web site. A bit tricky to work with but very nice.
