    We have been renting since 2016. Skylar has been very attuned to our needs. We really like the garage that we rent. This is a first class storage facility and well secured.

    UPDATE: I found the standard response left below a bit obnoxious considering I get increases on a regular basis from them, and that was clearly not the issue. (The issue was the ridiculously huge increase of $43 PER MONTH.) Luckily the local office actually called me to talk about it. They were able to remove the increase at this time and said they will not raise my rates for the next 9 months. (Yay!) After that, my rate may go up again, but they said to call back at that time to see if they can do anything, but no promises. I do appreciate the effort made, but hope I don't just see a huge increase again in 9 months. :-/ I also appreciate the awesome service at my local office, but I really do think the rent is a bit expensive considering the area. I have updated my review based on this excellent customer service and I will update the review again next rate increase to see how much it went up and what happened. $43 PER MONTH rent increase?!?!?! DO NOT RECOMMEND. Ever since the small business owners sold out to a corporation, everything has gone downhill and prices have gone through the roof. The former owners used to have a discount if you paid for a year in advance, but the corporation got rid of that. The new corporate owners also immediately raised rates and continue to raise them well above what the previous owners did - every year. I thought the increases were a bit high before, considering its location on the outskirts of a small town. This new increase takes the cake though. Increasing the rent $43 a month is outrageous and theres no excuse for that kind of rent in a small town like this. Ive been renting there for years with no issues. This is how they treat loyal customers? Extremely disappointed and do not recommend at all.

    We keep are Travel trailer here! They have been great. Our trailer has been safe no incidents. We surely have appreciated that it's gated and their cameras. Spaces are spacious and the employees have been very professional and friendly.

    no communications from them what so ever. I stopped in a week ago and rented a space, paid, but they would not give me a gate code until I provided some ownership and insurance documentation. I work nights and am not usually awake during their business hours so I made it a point to verify email was a n acceptable method of contact. I was assured they would respond promptly to any emails. I sent along the requested documentation a week ago now. I followed up. I got a request to review them and noted there was an option to contact them if I was less than satisfied, so, I did, and I asked to be contacted back on that form. I let them know I was about to post a negative review, still radio silence. I just drove out there to confirm my gate code does not work yet. I am over a week into my rental now and I will admit it is kind of hard to tell from the gate but it sure looked like someone was parked in my space, so, I dont know what to say. so far, zero stars from me. If I do not hear from someone by Monday I may take it up with my credit card and demand a refund. screw this place. if they cannot be open late or weekends to assist their clients and won't respond to email like was promised then I have no choice but to advise you to stay well clear of this operation. Update: yes, thank you we are squared away now. As it turns out, my email was going to quarantine so that would explain the lack of coms. That being said, it is still a tad bit disappointing there is no after hours or emergency contact, not even a way to leave a voicemail. Due to my current schedule its a challenge to contact normal 8 - 5 M - F businesses, so, I guess if I could have at least left a message. At any rate, so far the staff have been really friendly and helpful. Just glad its resolved but still disappointed it cost me another full week before I will have time again to move.
