        Still a terrible bank to this day even after years of remodeling. Take your money and save elsewhere! I will tell all my friends wells fargo is just like FTX!

        It's a bank. The facility is fine compared to other banking facilities. Wells Fargo bank is a good bank for me because it has an account for people who are incompetent with handling their money. I get extra help against fraud and with my credit rating.

        Absolutely terrible service   Tried cashing a very small check written by Wells Fargo for my deceased son. The Operations Manager, Missy was absolutely disgustingly idiotic with cashing the check. I had my sons, death certificate, which is all I needed when I closed the account in 2018. The poor teller, Jennifer was so apologetic. I finally walked out without cashing the check. This is the reason why I will never to business with Wells Fargo!
