        Well they've upgraded their equipment on the mountain. In the last few months I've had no issues at all it's been working great again just like it did before it was always going down

        In the past year their service is gone way down hill. I am now without service, nobody responds. For three Saturdays in a row started about 10 or 10:30 in the morning, I am without service. Today it's been two hours on a Saturday that I've been without. I was told they have somebody on call on weekends apparently they don't respond like promised.
