        Shaun Murphy has been at the Florence office for a few months now. He's so kind and helpful and has really helped my husband and my mother-in-law get familiar with their hearing aids! He really knows his product! It's always a pleasant and informative experience! Ben Parker has certainly gone the extra mile to assist my mother-in-law with her hearing aids. He asks questions, explains everything and is determined to provide the very best fit possible. He's personable and professional and never rushes her during her appointment. It's been a pleasure interacting with him. He's a great asset for Miracle Ear.
