        Very impressed with the facility and variety of products. Had a young lady call me stupidto position my pickup closer to the rock I was purchasing I was loading up. Made me move back away from the bins and did not offer any assistance to move the heavy rock . I hope others havent experienced this type of behavior. I will probably use this Vendor again just because the variety they keep in stock

        Really nice customer service. I know this people,about 5 years and they always do the best job, if they can't provide service on something, they will always recommend some other good places to go to. Thank you so much, I really appreciate these people. Being this way will help our country to become a better place.Wish more people would be like they are.

        Thank you for letting us know. I will talk with our employees, for this is unacceptable behavior. Also, please ask for help in loading in the future. We will help with the lifting, if a customer asks and a loader is available. This is not our normal practice; we would like to get more information so we can rectify this situation.

        Thank you for your response. The load that was inside of your box truck measured out at 13 x 6.5 x 2.5. After doing the calculations and taking out the pallet airspace it came out to 3.912037 cubic yards. Our sales associate took out even more airspace than normal and charged you for 3.5 yards which is where the $49.00 came from. If you were unhappy about the price, we wished you would’ve questioned it while you were here a little bit ago so that someone else could’ve remeasured your load just to make sure the measurements were accurate. Please do not hesitate to let us know if you are unsure about what you are being charged, we will take extra measures to ensure that you are being charged correctly.
