I believe that the true measure of a company's customer service isn't when everything goes right but how they operate when there is an issue. I ordered flowers for my wife and on the day they were to be delivered I got a call from them saying that the bouquet had some mold on it and asking if they could replace it with a custom flower arrangement. The replacement she got was fantastic and even more beautiful and of a higher quality than what I ordered. They took what could have been an issue and turned it into a shining example of how a good company should operate. I will be ordering flowers from them in the future over and over again. Thank you Sadie for turning my wife's bad day into a great one.

I highly recommend Trinette's! They make amazing floral creations and has a great selection of living plants as well. We've been going to them for years and are always impressed. So friendly and helpful, I can't speak highly enough of the quality and service. So excited to visit the expanded shop!

Easily the cutest little flower shop I've seen! Plus it's woman owned and ran! Always has the most gorgeous arrangements for me, I'm never disappointed. This little shop has it all.
