They charged us $120.00 non refundable deposit for an initial medical exam of our dog that did not occur. The vet spent about 10 minutes on the floor feeding our dog treats and not much else. No temperature check, no ear or teeth examination. She never even touched the dog. Then they had the audacity to charge us $75.00 for flea medication. If you want to spend your hard earned money for a vet to give your dog a couple of treats and nothing else, then I highly recommend this place.

Hi Friends! Im a Certified Professional Dog Trainer and have worked in both behavior and vet med for nearly 12 years. All of that is just to say- I know a phenomenal team when I see one, and this place is it. My little guy has always been cooperative for vet care, but hes super sensitive and was terrified of our previous vet, trembling throughout the entirety of every visit, even with high-dose sedatives on board. Im absolutely ecstatic to report that after only 2 Happy Visits followed by his first real appointment at Bush Animal Hospital, he LOVES going to the vet! Now hes all wiggles and tail-wags as soon as we pull into the parking lot! He honestly has the time of his life in there, getting all kinds of special treats, snuggles, positive reinforcement, and thoughtful Fear-Free/Force-Free handling. I prioritize my dog, Merlins, emotional welfare above just about everything else, and Im grateful beyond words for the impact this has made to his quality of life. A million thank yous to the whole team at Bush Animal Hospital! I cant believe I get to say these words, but We very much look forward to coming back
