    Shady dudes sold me a lemon. So much was wrong with the 2016 SUV i purchased from Larry and Bud at FM jones. I informed them during the test drive that the tires were bald and they assured me they insured all their work. A week later, the folks at discount tire were saying I should never have bought a car with such dangerous and illegal tire tread. Larry refused to consider the tire tread in his valuation because his team had inspected the whole vehicle. They also lied to me directly about handling the DMV paperwork. These guys do NOT have your best interest in mind and are going to scam you. Pictures of the tires on the vehicle they sold me attached. 3/4 had cord exposed on all surfaces. I saw it when i test drove buy FM jones wouldnt be honest about the condition of the car they sold.

    My review would have been a 5/5 but here is my experience at this dealership. 1 the service definitely deserves a 5/5 Ronnie, Dave, and Larry helped me they were all very prompt and helpful. No complaints on the service aspect. They even spent extra time talking to banks on a Saturday to reduce my original interest from OCCU by 5% negotiating on my behalf. Which if you ask me is pretty legit and helpful. But the reason I have to give it 4/5 stars is the car I purchased. I give it a 3/5 stars. I wish they wouldve mentioned the problems with the vehicle upon the test drive because rather than scaring me away I wouldve known the problems and what to expect. I understand you cant buy a perfect car but there is quite a few things I now have to fix. Heres the list to help you look out for similar problems. Blows hot but doesnt blow cold (not sure if the AC needs to be recharged or if the whole system needs to be replaced), headlights are both out, rear breaks squeak indicating I need new ones, gas sensor doesnt work and constantly shows different amounts, for example it said full this morning, and upon parking it after work it says empty. Those are the only problems I know of ATM due to only having the car 2 days. Would I recommend this dealership? Yes! Do I recommend really examining a vehicle youre interested in? Also yes!

    They were just okay. The salesman was perfectly pleasant. Just typical car salesman stuff, playing the this is the lowest we can go, let me go ask my manager thing which fine, be like all the shows and movies. My only real gripe was they clearly cleared a code to get my truck sold. And as my nice salesman was driving my truck home for me while I drove my old vehicle. The Check engine light came on and he of course didnt say anything until I mentioned it. He says yeah thats kind of weird. I guess it could be a coincidence but I find it a little hard to believe. Luckily Im handy and was able to fix the sensor, but come on guys. Do better. The sensor was 90$ and you could have felt good about someone leaving the lot in that truck. It was overall just kind of a meh experience. Im happy I bought the truck. Just not totally happy I bought it from them.
