Apparently they close for the winter. We have a marginal well and needed water delivered; we're completely out of water to our home. We keep a close eye on it but have had heavier usage than typical so we ran out unexpectedly. Was told they are still closed for the winter (April). This is the second time I've attempted to use this company over the years. Won't even bother again. At least update your website to let people know you're closed in the winter.

Needed last minute service to fill up an above ground pool with 10,000 gallons of potable water. I called with my fingers crossed before Memorial Day weekend and they were able to help us! He arrived on time and was quick and professional (needed three trucks loads of water). He was able to reach around to our back yard which was a bit of a distance from driveway. Thankful and the kids are swimming!

So professional and affordable. Josh kept in touch and let me know every step of the process. I didnt have to wait at all to hear back. Then Bill showed up and got right to work. Let us know when he was done was super friendly. The whole thing was super easy! Would recommend 100%. Will continue to use Paragon if ever I need in the future. We are so excited and look forward to enjoying our pool all summer long!!
