customer service is horrible delivered my package to the wrong house, and you can not contact anybody to help me and the driver can not be contacted. they sent me a picture of some house and it wasnt mine. They tell me basically it not there problem.

They do well , the packaging somewhere along the way is normally fairly damaged , whether it's local or elsewhere. I don't think some of their warehouse people realize that we spend our hard earned money on what we buy and would appreciate the packages arriving in better condition , I'd assume they'd want what they order to arrive nice as well ! So just be careful please , remember, us customers are paying your bills ...

Driver delivered package, disregarded the clear ly demarcated driveway, drove through my newly planted lawn, and left deep tracks with all 4 wheels just as lawn was sprouting. FedEx has yet to follow up even after I called the 1-800 number twice.

All of a sudden they have an issue making deliveries. Stating attempted to deliver and not even leaving a slip stating so. Never had a problem until now. Very frustrating. FedEx is terrible and I'll be using someone else from now on.
