    I recently received my Royalty Core grill without emblems (besides the RC logo) or letters. Shortly after that, I decided to add a set of custom letters, so I contacted customer service and began the ordering process. Today I received my letters. When I attempted to install the letters, I discovered that the threaded posts did not align with the stainless mesh. I contacted customer service to ask if I was doing something wrong or a technique I should use to mount the letters (mind you, there are seven individual letters). Customer service responded quickly, stating that I would need to modify the mesh (traditionally, RC will mount emblems/letters at their shop before shipping, so I had a feeling I would need to make slight mods). I accepted the fact of the modification (modifying and working on our trucks/cars and accessories is half the fun), so I asked customer support for a recommended technique for dealing with the stainless steel. Within 15 minutes of my email, I received a call from William, the Royalty Core Shop Supervisor. William was an incredible resource and a wealth of knowledge (and shared a few of his own trial and tribulation stories), providing the guidance I needed (e.g., Carbide deburring bits vs. HSS bits). Later this weekend, I will begin the modification process and hopefully have time to mount my new custom grill (GMC 2500HD Denali Duramax). Once complete, I will post a few photos. That said, I want to let the world know that Royalty Core stands behind its products and even provides a personal touch when we, consumers and enthusiasts, need assistance.     Customer service above reproach! I havent even received my product but I felt the need to leave feedback already. When getting something custom the key is communication. Juli has been in constant communication with me since moments after I placed the order. Ive made several changes from what I originally thought I wanted and they have been happy to accommodate without ANY grief whatsoever. Ill definitely be updating this once my product has been received and cant imagine there work wouldnt reflect the quality of the experience Ive had so far.
