        Matt from Tile Craft does amazing work! My business installs custom Frameless Shower Enclosures, and this company makes it so easy for me to do my job. Everyone knows that floors are never level and walls are never plumb, but when I showed up a few weeks ago to install a 3/8 Frameless Neo-Angle Shower Enclosure on top of his stone, I was amazed. Honestly, I'm not exaggerating. He had made the walls and floor perfect for me. Usually I am the one working my magic to make the tile look straight, but not this time. Everything was perfect. Even the grout lines were perfectly plumb. Many times I come across showers that have tile that has been laid carelessly, creating uneven surfaces. It is so unsatisfying to put a straight piece of heavy glass next to a wall full of tiles that are not on the same plane. They look so bumpy. Matt's tiles jobs are high quality. I will not stop raving about this guy and his company. In all my 25 years of Glass experience, this guy created a more superior canvas for my glass than any other tile setter has ever done.

        Avoid this guy ( Matt Montgomery, owner) at all costs. If you make the mistake in hiring this company for your project, expect shipping delays, stolen tools, flubbed patterns, shortcuts causing damage, skipped inspections, gaps in grout lines, and excuse after excuse. Thirty years in construction, I have never dealt with such incompetence. Shower drain was CAULKED, causing extensive damage and cost to repair.

        We had the pleasure of working with Tile Craft during our remodel that consisted of a new tile walk-in shower, new heated tile floor, and tile kitchen backsplash. The quality of work is top notch and we are very pleased with how it turned out. Everyone on the team was friendly and easy to work with, and accommodated all of our requests, and were even patient with an overly friendly yellow lab retriever. We are extremely pleased with the quality of work and we are so grateful for Tile Craft's help in making us feel like our house is really our home. Thanks again!

      Mackenzie Mcphate (Pacific Edge Carpentry), We are sorry you feel this way. Many of the issues you listed are simply not true. In fact upon finishing the project the homeowner sent us this message, “Hey the shower looks awesome!!!! Thank for all your work.”We feel we must address the issues you raised in this public forum. - “shipping delays” - The hand made tile was delayed. This was completely out of our control. We kept you and the homeowner up to date on the situation, even sharing directly the emails we received from the distributor on updated ETA’s. As you know, some of what contributed to this was supply chain issues due to COVID-19.-“stolen tools” - To our knowledge we did not steal any tools. This is the first we’ve heard of this. Please reach out to us in writing to let us know what you feel was stolen. We definitely do not want any misunderstandings in this regard. We do not steal. -“flubbed pattern” -Our employee did get the pattern on the shower floor off but it was quickly fixed. -“short cuts causing damage”, “gaps in grout lines” - Again this is the first we have heard of these things and we aren't sure what you are referring to. We don’t take short cuts and we would be happy to do any needed touch up.-“skipped inspections” - The only reason we did not get inspections is because you didn’t get any permits. We asked about this at the start of the project and you stated you did not plan to get any permits. We are not able to get any plumbing permits because we are not plumbers and the shower pan inspections are under that umbrella.-“shower drain” - We don’t use caulking on shower drains. When you brought to our attention a potential leak at the shower connection you verbally agreed to let us inspect any potential issue and we wanted to fix any problems that were found. You months later informed us you did repairs yourself instead. We compensated you for the expenses you claimed even though you would not let us inspect the alleged problem or provide any receipts.Again we are truly sorry you feel the way you do and feel the need to make such statements. We wish you the best on your future projects.***Edited to add that we have posted pictures of the finished shower.
