        Drivers lack integrity. Repeatedly claiming that my address is "incorrect". It is not incorrect, it is not even unusual or remotely dificult to find. Perhaps the entire company lacks integrity, as there is no phone number to call and have to go to the store in person to stop them from returning my stuff.

        Completely terrible driver. Had a package from Amazon. This is the first time EVER anyone has actually stuck to the need of a signature. We LEFT a signature on the first note they left, then they left TWO more notes for no flipping reason claiming they needed a signature despite a typed note explaining they had one. Whoever is responsible for delivering to Veneta needs to be repremanded.

        'Severe weather delay' on a sunny day for a package in the same city as me, and they won't let me just go pick it up. No ability to talk to an actual human on customer support either. Would not recommend.

        Poor customer service. Lack of knowledge of UPS policy for Shipping requirements. Was called by a local representative and left no call back number or information about the issue at hand. After returning to the drop off point CSR was still defiant about shipping after her team supervisor told her it was ok to ship as is. The CSR thought it was appropriate to opened my package and was full of attitude and bad customer service. UPS you can do better then this.
