        Customer service is, and should be the number 1 priority. It's 3:37pm I have tried to call twice once yesterday and once again today. No answer, they supposedly close at 5pm.

      Hello Daniel, Sorry we fell short of your expectations. We do Pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service. Last week we did have some extenuating circumstances, in that we had our phones turned on to "night mode" with the option to leave a message. This is not or normal practice during business hours, but sometimes it cannot be helped. If you had left a message we would have called you back within the hour. Thank you for your feedback.
