        Our system went down due to some network changes we did. We needed to have our console reset and redirected to the internet. Once we figured that out we called and received a prompt service call. Grateful that our system is once again keeping our business safe.

        I rarely offer reviews to companies. This is a great company with stellar customer service. I'm giving them a 5-star review, but our company DID NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. We were looking at multiple bids and ultimately decided to go with different option for a variety of reasons. Their team was clear and available for consult. Their response time and availability was so fast. The knowledge they brought was beyond most of the companies I looked at. If you are seriously looking for security solutions, access control projects, video security, or other options to make your building and company safe and secure, go with these people. Why did our company not go with them? In the end, we weren't ready for the exhaustive and complete nature of what they were offering. I would recommend them anyone who has the resources and vision for a complete and exhaustive security solution.
