PTLA management is a very reputable and honest rental agency to rent with in the Eugene area. Traci has always been very responsive to any questions or concerns, and any repairs get addressed in a timely manner. Perfect rental agency for university students!

They have great workers that fulfill service requests. We had a microwave with bad ventilation and a tv that wasnt able to be used. Both times, the workers who came were extremely helpful and replaced the dysfunctional units immediately. Chris especially was amazing working on the TV, thanks Chris!

If you are a college girl do not live at The Douglas or any ptla property for that matter. I live with 3 college girls and we have felt nothing but unsafe and violated due do people breaking into our cars and stealing our security cameras. We feel unsafe to even open the blinds on the first floor due to so many creepy people wondering around our unit and looking into our windows as well as windows of other units. We got security cameras for out front and back doors because ptla had no security measures in place at our property. We had these cameras stolen by one individual, which we had to find on our own and we have caught many people on our cameras violating our space. When we toured our unit they told us that it was a safe location off the street which was a lie. They have done nothing after we have reported calling the police multiple times. Do not live here you will not feel safe.

I've lived with the Hive (now PTLA) for 3 years now and have been very pleased with the overall experience. Quick with maintenance requests (never anything major) and Traci is always very prompt over email. When someone parked in my assigned parking, she was very quick with remedying the situation. She was also very helpful when I had a bad roommate situation my first year here and needed someone to mediate via email on a few occasions. I am now leaving Eugene and looking for apartments in other places, and really realizing what a gem I found in Eugene-- I wish I could bring this apartment and PTLA with me. The best parts about living at my property (The Sequoia): close proximity to campus, quiet apartments, secured/gated entry to units, in unit full W/D, close to leasing office, and pet friendly. Resigning in December for the next year locks in a lower rental rate, which was always a great option for my roommates and I.
