This has been my management for years now. I am a mother with 4 & have had some struggles here & there. Clear & concise property management has been the best management I have ever had. They have always responded to my contacts & has always been extremely patient with working me as a tenant. I absolutely appreciate all the staff & management for there patience & polite assistance. I will continue to rent with them for as long as I can, our home feels like home. & That's with there great help. I HIGHLY recommend this property management.

Came to write my review, was not surprised to see the low rating and all the one star ratings with people having similar issues, I highly recommend avoiding having any business with these people, very unprofessional, and if you question one thing or have a disagreement, Stephanie, like someone else said, will become confrontational and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL but yet she tells people welcome to adult hood lol just unbelievable they are a business. Very happy to no longer be a part of them as Im sure they feel the same, just wish they werent so petty about it!

I am just leaving a quick review, as I am seeing some negative reviews from past tenants and thought that I would share my experience. I have been renting from C&CPM for the last four years now. Two different properties I will add. I have not had a bad experience at all. Anytime I reach out they are quick to respond and very kind and professional. I had a month where I was hospitalized and I reached out to them for help in waving my late fee, since I was unable to pay my rent on time that month. They kindly waived the late fee and even sent me will wishes. I cannot say that I can recall one bad experience with them personally, or one time that they did not get back to me when needing to get something fixed. I would recommend them to anybody that is capable of meeting the terms of your signed lease (renters insurance ect). I have rented from several property management companies in the past and I would say that C&CPM is one of the better ones in our area.

In just over 2 years at our rental, Clear & Concise was fantastic for us. They accepted our documentation for our emotional support animals with no issue. Maintenance requests were handled very quickly, sometimes even the same day. Super responsive to emails, even outside of their office hours. Respectful and thoughtful communication. They were not intrusive and generally left us alone unless an issue came up. Only raised the rent on us once, and we were still below market rate. Loved the flexibility of month-to-month terms on our lease. We did clean the heck out of the place when we left, which got us most of our deposit back. We only left because we purchased our first house. Felt like it was a good "trial run" for being homeowners. Best company I've rented from in Eugene/Springfield metro.
