Suburban Propane

Due to price gouging and unfair business practices, we have asked Suburban to remove their tank from our property. Don't do business with them! We will only be dealing with local propane companies in the future. Wish we had done more in-depth research before going with them.

Jumped through some hoops for us which was much appreciated. The ice devastation was not anticipated so thankful they could fill our tanks during the 2 week outage.

UPDATE don't tell me your going to call. And then don't call back! I understand people are short handed after queen kate brown dictatorship. After 5 years of having suburban and always paying on time ,we had a huge 500 dollars bill ,I set up a payment. Plan with there Vancouver office about 7 days before payment is made we get a NASTY cut of letter after the manager makes me a cut rate price to stay with them ,buyer beware,only deal here if you have cash in hand

After having an account for over 10 yrs with a competitor propane business, I switched to Suburban. After my late husband passed, I called (the competition) to order a tank fill and update the account to my name only - huge hassle! I was told in no uncertain terms I had two choices: 1)either put my husband on the phone so he could authorize me to speak on his behalf (?) or 2) I could mail their headquarters a copy of my Power of Attorney and a copy of his death certificate(?). Good neighbors recommended contacting the Suburban folks and, because Suburban's customer service staff treated this distraught widow with respect, the rest is history!
