The Plumbing Works

I hired Plumbing Works to fix a small leak from my toilet. I paid $320.00. I think they fixed the leak. Problem is that while fixing the leak they broke the toilet. The handle jiggles and will only flush about half of the time. If it does flush the toilet will run continuously for at least 5 minutes. This did not happen before they messed with my toilet. I tried all of the usual tricks to adjust the handle and stop the running with no luck. When I very politely asked them to return and fix what they broke they rudely told me to go buy the parts and fix it myself or just buy a new toilet. They were rude, unprofessional and poorly trained. Now Im stuck paying someone else to fix what they broke.

Remove the tub and tile putting in a walk-in shower.. been using Chapman plumbing for many a year...
