I've had PPR out a few times for different plumbing issues, and have been happy with them every time. They were quick and friendly, often with useful advice at the end. Definitely my go-to for plumbing.

I'm finally confident that my plumbing headaches from 3yrs of owning this house are over. Jim was professional, helpful, and genuine. He explained things clearly and happily answered questions I had. Instead of, like past plumbers, accepting "there's no mainline cleanout", he helped me uncover an existing one from underneath old concrete steps and another pipe. When I called the city to report the sewage issue, they commended my preparedness as I had taken all the right steps -- thanks Jim! Prices were never surprising and scheduling/turnaround was quicker than expected. PPR will be my go-to phone call from now on, thank you!
