First off, hire Cascadia Construction & Plumbing. You wont regret it. Bought a real dump of a house in a great area that needed full restoration including complete kitchen gut and overhaul, lots of new electrical, flooring, repositioning of windows with added French doors, replaced doors, restructuring of living room space, new tiled entryway and bringing back to life a large amount of original post and beam woodwork including large wood staircase. A lot of thought, time and patience was afforded by Cascadia to get the design and scope of project correct . Subcontractors were consulted PRIOR to work beginning which helped knock down errors and set expectations. In the rare occasion when we were not happy with the outcome of something, it was immediately corrected without complaint. It was very apparent throughout the process that Cascadia had the homeowner in mind at all times. Lastly, a special call out to Jason who is one of Cascadias lead carpenters. This guys energy and attention to detail took a lot of the stress out of the project and allowed us to have complete trust in Cascadia. Thank you Cascadia. Thank you WC. Thank you Jason.

We recently had a complete main bathroom remodel done by Cascadia Construction and plumbing. They were recommended by our designer Colin Kayser and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the very start we were impressed with Austin and his attention to detail. We received a detailed bid and after signing the contract, a day by day timeline for completion of the project. Communication was outstanding with any questions or changes answered that day. Follow up was ongoing. The subs on our project were all excellent, courteous and on time. Any change orders were handled in writing with a clear understanding of additional cost and time frame, (no surprises!). Tim, our on site manager was a pleasure to work with. His communication with us and Austin keep the project running smoothly. As with any project a few minor issues came up. Austin dealt with them immediately with the focus being that we were completely happy with the job, and we are! Cascadia Construction are professional, detailed, and provide high quality workmanship. Cascadia did the ~450 sq ft addition on our house 2 years ago. They were excellent to work with from start to finish. They were good at listening to our ideas and many questions, had great ideas to improve ours, utilized good quality sub-contractors, and were very good at communication. Their staff were great around our kids and patient with our neighbors. When challenges and surprises arose in the project (as they do), the team communicated with us and showed integrity in their responses. After it was all done, they followed up a few times to make sure every detail was up to snuff. I waited over a year to put in a review to ensure there weren't any surprises after we settled into the new space, but there haven't been. Their work is solid and top notch. We highly recommend them.
