        I started here with an ankle injury that was healing rather slow. Working with Laura has been amazing. She's always positive, very knowledgeable, and willing to give thorough explanations as to why you are doing certain exercises. I am a few weeks into appointments and I have noticed a big difference in my ankle. I know I'm not 100% yet, but I am feeling much more positive with the healing and returning to normal.

        Had a great experience at the West 11th Benchmark. The clinic opens early and closes late, so it a was easy to make visits align with my schedule. Laura was outstanding - very knowledgable and a good communicator, and her energy and enthusiasm were wonderful. My condition improved substantially over 3 months of treatment. My advice: don't get injured! But if you do (like I did) Benchmark is a great partner in recovery.
