We were having an issue with carpenter ants. We shopped around and compared to find his price was one of the lowest. We made an appointment and he showed up on time. He assessed our situation and treated the property. He recommended regular service but was not pushy about it. He puts a 60 day warranty on his services. Just short of that time frame we had a different issue with the little 'sugar' ants. He promptly came out and treated the area and even checked in the attic about suspicious noises my wife had been hearing. Even though second visit was for different ants he did not charge for the visit. I appreciate him holding the times that he said he would be there, his price was very fair, and as a small business owner myself recommend others consider giving him a chance to impress you as well. P.S. All this during the pandemic too!
