Working with Jon was a great experience.
My case was complex..and ill admit, I gave him a run for his money..but he was very patient with me and understanding. Communication was always on point. Explained the process(es) very thoroughly..which I appreciate very much so. Always answered my calls and emails..Professionalism 10/10.
He won my case for me too.
I would absolutely work with Jon again!!

Jon was always available. He actually cares and relates to the health issues that his clients are struggling with. Jon always worked hard to get what he needed from doctors. The case was resolved within less time than was expected. I am confused by the angry and insulting comments left by some others. I see that they noted he ended their working relationships. He did not put more energy and time into cases that were not being respectful. I can't really blame him for that and expect most all professionals respond the same way when a client is acting belligerent.

I can't believe Jon has ANY good reviews. As stated from others, he's impossible to get ahold of and his office is a joke. All he did was delay my claim. He no showed (and didn't even call to cancel) for THREE APPOINTMENTS WE HAD SCHEDULED and when I addressed him about how upset I was he said that I need to find another attorney!!! But didn't transfer my file for over a year after multiple requests from my new attorney's office. Save yourself the stress!
