Rod and his crew did a great job on our house. The project was big and involved a lot of elements and they completed the project exactly as discussed for the quoted price. Crew members were skilled, friendly and respectful and mistakes were acknowledged and corrected without complaint. We would definitely work with High Cascade Painting and Construction again. Our restoration company Belfor hired High cascade to repaint our home from smoke damage. We were expecting to have a coat of primer and 2 top coats of paint applied as outlined in our insurance settlement. The interior doors trim, Waynes coating, shiplap, and window sills all are what appear to be one thin layer of paint. Many items were over sprayed or paint splattered that should not have been. There is lots and lots of debris in the paint that now cannot be removed without damaging the texture on the walls. There is paint pealing off of the sills and a section of wall next to the shower. Please think twice before using this company. In response to my review response The Sherwin Williams rep came to our home to inspect a differentiation of tone on batches of paint they mixed but were the same formulation. He offered his opinion without being asked or shown problem areas. USAA has since sent a rep and verified it is not acceptable and Belfor will be having the debris sanded out and the entire home repainted. The PM for High cascade painting who walked to home prior was told to bid Top shelf paint. Not only did he not use it first but painted one bedroom the wrong color the garage the wrong color the Bathroom ceilings the wrong color. The calking in my pictures was not mine on the Waynes coating that you can be sure of. The high Cascade rep told me himself there was not primer used! So no, even IF everything would have received two top coats it did certainly not receive three. Service: Interior painting
