Working with Precision Painting Pros was a truly traumatizing experience. In violation of the contract, the Manager had non-licensed or bonded employees working on the project. These workers were paid under the table also inconsistent with the term of the contract requiring them to be "employees." A later fact that was highlighted when the manager sent me a slew of hostile texts including screen shots showing that he was paying workers without state or federal withholdings. He also knew at least one employee had a $5000 stolen paint sprayer, which he only reported to police after I ended the contract. I have since been advised that nearly all the workers on site had criminal records including larceny and drug possession. When I provided feedback about our personal tools being used and taken from cabinets in the garage, I was told I created the problem by giving away an old TV to a worker and being too friendly- despite a term of the contract requiring civility and respect to "employees" of PPP. Consistently the manager was not on site and when he did arrive was regularly at least thirty minutes to two hours late. This was inconsistent with written documentation he provided about arrival expectations. Workers-including the manager- routinely failed to wear masks while in my home- a fact that I was mislead by advertising. When I would enter the room, workers and the manager would occasionally quickly find a mask. However, most times there was little to no effort to wear face coverings or maintain physical distancing. Based on a variety of concerns- including one worker telling me that the manager was actively using drugs at my home and the crew receiving texts that they needed to pack up and return two days later, without my receiving any communication from the owner or manager, I provided notice of contract violations and the intention to cancel the contract. The job was incomplete after eight days with portions not even begun. After notice of cancelation, my husband and I received multiple hostile, harassing, and threatening communications from the manager. I asked the owner and manager to retrieve their items from our home and after 24 hours, garbage, a paint sprayer, and ladder remained on our property. We returned a paint sprayer we believed to belong to PPP to the PPP business location and the Manager met my Husband outside proceeding to spew hateful words. We now understand that in addition to the workers using stolen equipment, the manager may have left items at our home that were also stolen. While the owner listed was courteous in my in-person interactions; as well as, generally virtually, her manager's unprofessional and likely illegal conduct was condoned. Service: Interior painting

I'm happy with the paint job and the deal I got from the company. I wanted a good long-lasting exterior paint job that really stood out. Precision Paint Pros recommended a color combo that I love and helped me get exactly what I was looking for. I gave them 5 stars because they were real thorough and detail oriented.

Jaycee and crew painted my home and shed. Their attention to detail was outstanding. They were very personable and wanted to make sure they were doing the job the way I expected it done. Will definitely recommend them!

These guys painted the interior of my art studio. I asked if they would move a couch and chair back inside as it was going to rain and my son was already at work. I paid them $20 and they did it no problem. Very nice guys.
