I would not recommend this agency. Finally moved to another agency and are much happier and they are much more organized.

Ive been working at rise for almost a year now, and it is by far the best company Ive ever worked for. The management is extremely organized and does everything possible to help their workers succeed. As someone who had never worked as a DSP before, Ive felt very supported throughout my entire employment. Rise truly cares about helping our clients live successful lives, and the staff are all caring and kind people.

wow. what terrible service. 5 personal support workers over the past 8 months. All the same. They hire just about anybody they can get with no screening. We put down a schedule for the month and non of the workers can get there on time. They are late. they cancel the appointment, they change the appointment for the following week then don't make the scheduled time or day. We text our case manager about this then things are good for a week but revert back to lack of responsibility. Rise does not fire their employees for this so there is no consequences. Also when the workers are doing things, they do it as very slow speed to milk the hours. We are really tired of working with RISE. Things never change after meetings and phone calls about this.
