I have been and agent here for 30 years and I can't tell you enough how impressed I am with Cascadia Funding. The honest transparency through out the whole transaction was refreshing. I was representing the buyer when the seller did not return the signed ratified contract with new sales price until we had 12 days to close on a VA loan. The seller also told us that if we are one day late the deal terminates. We needed to get the appraisal ordered, inspection reports (Pest-Dryrot, Whole House, Well, Septic) ordered, issued and negotiated, the repairs needed to be completed and we needed the appraiser to reinspect after repairs were completed including well damage and purity issues. I know this is an extreme case but most Lenders would fail at this request. Cascadia Funding closed on time with happy buyers. Mike Ford is the best lender I have ever worked with. A true professional. I stand behind him 100%. You don't know what you are missing without him.
