Ronelle is an incredible asset to US Bank and the community. I had a very difficult refinance to do this past year, and she made it a smooth and painless process. She was available and quick to reply when I had questions, always had my forms ready to go, and guided me through everything with ease. She is pleasant, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Ronelle is calm, collected and fantastic to work with. We have worked with her on (3) complex transactions and she has always been able to get us to the finish line.
