I highly recommend using Western Mortgage Brokers. Having tried to work with several other lenders, I found Stan Thomas to be head and shoulders above the rest of them. Stan first closed a cash out refi for me on my first home, then put a lot of work and extra time into getting me into my next home. Stan is kind, available to discuss, and extremely knowledgeable of the mortgage industry. He will always be my first choice.
